Made from solid Bird's eye maple, this cheese platter gives off a look that says, "I've made it and I really appreciate the finer things in life." Put out your best cheese and grapes or try a pate' and some toast points. It doesn't matter; your guests will ask you where you got the cheese board, guaranteed! The maple has deformities in the grain that form circles during growth that resemble bird's eyes. Hence the name. | Free Gift Wrapping. We'll be happy to giftwrap any item you like, just add this no charge item to your order. We wrap our gift packages in numerous sheets of vanilla colored tissue paper and tie them off with natural and colored rafia. We wrap our butcher blocks and cutting boards in brown craft paper and then wrap them in vanilla colored tissue paper and tie them off with natural and colored rafia. Since these products are treated with mineral oil before they leave our shop, the craft paper will regulate moisture for the products during shipment.
